TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE ULTIMATE FIELDSPORTS GIVEAWAY 2026

1. The Promoter. The promoter is William Powell Sporting, Unit 11 & 12, Vantage Business Park, Bloxham Road, Banbury, OX16 9UX (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Entrants must hold a valid shotgun certificate or be eligible to obtain the licences required to take part in the prize. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter. Entry is free and is made online at williampowellsporting.co.uk/giveaway by completing the entry form (first name, last name, email address, phone number and country). No purchase is necessary. By entering, participants agree to join the William Powell Sporting mailing list and to be contacted for marketing purposes; you can unsubscribe at any time. One entry per person is permitted via the form; entrants may earn additional entries into the draw by following William Powell Sporting on Instagram, sharing the competition post to their story, and tagging a friend in the competition post. Automated or third-party entries will be disqualified.

4. Competition Dates. The competition opens on Thursday 6th August 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Friday 11th December 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. The Prize. One winner will receive a peg on two days’ driven partridge shooting at El Crespo, La Mancha, Spain, on 10th and 11th February 2027, shooting as part of the Offbeat syndicate team, comprising: an allocation of 100 birds across the two days; two nights’ accommodation at El Crespo; all shoot-day hospitality including lunch and refreshments; cartridges; mandatory shooting licences; transfers across the Estate; and William Powell Sporting agency assistance throughout. The prize is valued at approximately €6,500. Gratuities, additional partridges and any items not listed are not included. Travel to and from Spain is not included. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

6. Winner Selection. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, including any additional entries earned under clause 3. The draw will take place on Monday 14th December 2026. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner by the same method.

7. Publicity. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including announcement by email and on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

8. Data Protection. Personal data will be used in accordance with current data protection law and the Promoter’s privacy policy. Data will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes; it may be processed by trusted service providers involved in administering the competition (including Mailchimp, the Promoter’s email platform).

9. General. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or LinkedIn. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the competition if necessary due to circumstances outside its control. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Jurisdiction. This competition and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
