We are delighted to introduce the 1208 Syndicate – a syndicate established on the values on which the firm was founded. This is our UK-based syndicate, created to offer exceptional days in some of the country’s most beautiful and carefully managed sporting estates and moors. Each estate is hand-picked to ensure quality sport, strong presentation, and a holistically enjoyable day in the field.

The syndicate is designed to accommodate those wishing to take a single peg or enjoy several days across a range of estates throughout the season. It provides a rare opportunity for individual Guns to enjoy days that would otherwise be difficult to access, while shooting alongside like-minded sporting enthusiasts.
 

The new ‘Offbeat Syndicate’ has been created in response to a clear and growing demand for experience-led overseas sporting adventures.

It brings together a curated collection of exceptional trips for those seeking something a little further afield, whether that’s high partridge over the dramatic lunar like landscapes of Morocco, fast and testing days in Spain, or rock pigeons skimming across the tops of South Africa’s sprawling sunflower fields. These are just a few of the destinations we are delighted to offer for the 2026/2027 season.

Venturing overseas inevitably comes with its challenges, and it is William Powell’s extensive experience operating internationally that gives our guests the reassurance they need. Every trip is hand-selected to ensure it meets the standard expected by our clients, both in terms of sport and overall experience.

As with our UK syndicates, Offbeat provides access to opportunities that would be extremely difficult for an individual to secure independently, thanks to the exclusivity of the estates and the relationships we have developed over many years.
